Return Policy
When buying slabs, you will never have to pay for something which you didn’t order. If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you have 48 hours to report the issue to support@slabkick.com and once approved, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days after receiving the item. Due to seller payment timing, returns shipped past this return period are unable to be processed.
If you've changed your mind and want to return the slab you purchased or make a return past the 30-day return period, you can still ask the seller if they'll accept a return.
Once you start a return, the seller has 3 business days to respond. If you do not receive a response at the end of business 3 days, please contact us at support@slabkick.com so we can step in to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Inauthentic wax packs which have been opened are exempt from the original packaging requirement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please do not send your purchase back to the trading card manufacturer.
How to Make a Return
To return your product, please mail your product to the seller’s return shipping address. The seller will provide you with a return label.
If you do not use the return label provided by the seller, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can only receive your refund if you have shipped the original item back to the seller.
If you are expecting to receive an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you create the return label. As the platform, we do not control shipping and cannot guarantee that you will receive your returned item. We advise you to directly contact your shipping company if you experience any issues.
Where is my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@slabkick.com.
